TimPakTim Pak | Pastor | Elder

Tim is the founding and lead pastor of The Well. His primary responsibilities include preaching, leading the staff, and aligning the church with our vision.  In 2014, Tim was diagnosed with a rare degenerative eye condition called retinitis pigmentosa which has left him legally blind.  Although the challenges of his disability continue to be difficult, he is learning to trust in God’s grace in a deeper way.  

Tim enjoys spending time with his wife Sako and their three children Naomi, Noelle, and Isaiah. Tim completed his undergraduate studies at Northwest University and his graduate studies at Talbot School of Theology.

Sam Chung | Pastor | Elder

Sam is the associate pastor at The Well. His primary focus includes Sunday services, Community Groups, and Pastoral Care. Sam is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Washington and has a private practice counseling from a biblical perspective.  

Sam enjoys spending time with his wife Sujin and their three children Caleb, Josephine, and Madeline. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California and graduate studies at both Talbot School of Theology and Northwest University.

JustinKimJustin Kim | Associate Staff

Justin directs The Well Students Ministry and Operations. His role includes teaching the students, and managing communications and special events. He works full time in health care finance.

Justin completed his undergraduate studies at California State Polytechnic of Pomona and graduate studies at Gateway Seminary.



PKKimPaul ‘PK’ Kim | Staff Intern

Paul serves as the director of The Well Kids Jr. program, leading the toddler and preschool ministries. His role includes teaching and leading the younger kids in worship. He works full time in the health care industry.

Paul is currently a student at Corbin University.


JuliaLimJulia Lim | Staff Intern

Julia serves as the director of The Well Kids. Her primary role includes lesson planning, teaching in the classroom and organizing fellowship activities. She works full time in occupational therapy. 

Julia and her husband Danny moved from the Los Angeles area in 2017. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Riverside.
